Terms and conditions
Submissions will be reviewed by the AusMedtech Programme Committee. Submissions may be submitted as discussion panels or as a speaker. Please note there are a limited number of opportunities available.
Once accepted the Senior Manager, Event Programme Development will be in touch with information regarding your presentation.
By submitting, you agree to the following:
All presenters will need to register and commit to attending AusMedtech 2026 in person in Perth.
You must obtain participation approval from proposed speakers before listing them on your submission.
If you are submitting a panel discussion, your panel must be gender balanced.
All presenters whose submission has been accepted are responsible for all costs, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, any costs associated with preparation and presentation, or any other costs associated with attendance at the event.
Presenters must not use the presentation as means of selling organisations' products or services.
If your submission is accepted, you give AusBiotech permission to promote the session in relevant conference materials such as the conference website and conference programme.
Presenters are responsible for proof reading and submitting a form without errors, as they will be reproduced in the format they were submitted.
